Our LTRAC
Project Management and Quotation system was
made available to our clients in May of
2003. In the past 10 months, we have updated
the application based on user feedback and
real time project information. Our goal with
LTRAC is to provide our customers the
advantage of state of the technologies for
their translation projects at no additional
charge. |

We are
pleased to announce the following
upgrades to our LTRAC Client Extranet: |

128 Bit
SSL Security |
|
In
addition to our server firewall
security, access to our Client Extranet
is now protected by 128 Bit SSL
security. Which means, information
submitted from your browser to our LTRAC
server is transferred using SSL 128 Bit
encryption. |

File
Transfer Upload Status Window |
|
With
LTRAC, clients can request project
pricing from their home page with a
click of the mouse. After project
details are provided, the Request
Pricing Form includes a 'Browse' button
to enable upload of the original
electronic file to the LTRAC server for
processing. This file transfer process
eliminates the need for complicated FTP
login and transfers files using HTTP
technology. |

After you
click 'Browse' and locate your desired
file from your local drive, click
'Submit', and the following File Upload
Progress Indicator will appear to
display the status of your upload: |

The total
time for file transfer will depend on
the size of your file(s) and your
connection to the Internet. We recommend
files be archived in compressed format
such as .zip, .sit, .sea before uploading. Please contact
your Project Manager if you have any
questions. |

Online Help System |

After
Clients log in to the LTRAC Extranet, you
can access our online help files at any
time. Just click on the 'Help' link on
each page. The Client home page also
provides direct links to the following
information:

Simplified
Navigation |

We have
also simplified the navigation to
approve, request a change and cancel
quotations. In the Pending Quotations
table, click on any of the following
images to notify your Project Manager on
any given project: |
