Create a
Client Login |
|
|
|
Client users can
create a unique login at any time.
Click on 'New Client', complete the
form and click 'Submit'. A new
Client Account will be created in
the LTRAC system based on the chosen
User ID and Password. Only one
Client Account is required for your
company. At any time you can update
your company profile and add
'Contacts' within your company who
will login to your account using
your company Login ID and Password.
Any person in your company can
request pricing and manage
projects using the LTRAC system.
LTRAC will keep track of all of your
translation projects from your Client
Home Page. |

Request
Project Pricing |
|

|
Client users can
request project pricing in several
ways. If you are a registered
4Translation client, simply go to
the login page and enter your User
ID and Password. Once your login is
accepted, your custom home page will
display. To request pricing on a new
project, click 'Request Pricing' to
define your project and upload your
source electronic files to the LTRAC
server for evaluation and pricing.
Your dedicated 4Translation project
manager will contact you with
questions and typically return
pricing by email within 24 hours. |

At any time, visitors
to the 4Translation Web site can
click on
Quick Quote to submit their
request for project evaluation and
pricing. Using the Quick Quote form,
you can define your project
requirements and upload your source
electronic files for evaluation.
Your 4Translation dedicated project
manager will contact you with any
questions, register your company in
LTRAC and deliver to you by email
your login information and project
pricing. |

Finally, you are
welcome to email your request to
info@4translation.com and one of
our dedicated project managers will
contact you with any questions,
provide your with login information
to LTRAC and return project pricing
by email within 24 hours. |

Upload / Send
Electronic Files |

Our
File Transfer
page is designed to allow our
clients and vendors to upload or
post project related electronic
files to our LTRAC server for
processing. Our File Transfer works
similar to FTP servers. Since we
implement HTM file transfer
technology, no complicated host
addresses, user names and passwords
are required. Your files are quickly
uploaded to our server. When file
transfer is complete, the LTRAC
system will confirm your file
transfer by email. NOTE:
Registered LTRAC users can also
submit files using the Document
Management module found on your
custom home page. For more
