After you submit your project information from our 'Quick Quote' page or by logging into your account to post an RFQ, your 4Translation project manager will contact you to discuss project requirements and send you our proposal that includes pricing, turnaround, final delivery requirements, terms and conditions, and our Notice To Proceed.

After our proposal is accepted, please log into your account to complete the Notice To Proceed with your purchase order or credit card information. You may also fax the Notice to Proceed to +01 303.683.2874.

The actual translation process begins with your source electronic file. Customer files can easily be uploaded to us via the Document Management section of your account pages. In addition, the translator uses the original file(s), all reference material and existing glossaries (if available) to ensure a full, consistent, and accurate translation. Throughout the translation project, the 4Translation project manager coordinates all translation issues with you and the translation team regarding terminology and style to ensure consistency and quality throughout the process.

Once the draft translation is completed, the translation (along with all reference material) is then sent to an independent native speaking editor for review and editing. This process takes roughly half as long as the initial translation. The editor's comments are returned to the original translator to incorporate changes and finalize the translation.

You then have a chance to review the translation and gain internal approval by native speakers in your organization within a timely manner. Client review documents are provided in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. 4Translation will incorporate one round of your review comments within 30 days of delivering files.

We then return both the final PDF file and the final source application file to you for distribution and printing.
